I would certainly come back to update it... and i am sure there would be more than a few who would do the same.
After all, its a good way to put the fitting GC pain to rest.
How reliable is this Tracker(or any) data? I don't think all the registered people who gets their GC would come back and change the status of their application to 'Approved' in the Tracker. Though its better than nothing but still data is too vague to derive any real conclusion.

There are 26 pages in this document and half page for legal EB immigrants.

why do you say that the audit is for pending applications only?
the news article says that they are auditing all PERM applications filed by Fragomen, which means that pending and approved applications will be audited. The article doesn't mention the timeframe either.
audit is only on pending applications..i dont think it is on certified..
also they may process fugmon cases fase..hope they dont denied any..

hi:
I am filing my I140 and i485 togther this week. I have had 2 previous employers to the current one.
I wporked for my first employer for nearly 3 years ( some months less) and then other employer for some 4 months and finally switching to the current employer..where I have been working for 6.5 years.
I am getting experience letter from first employer but second employer where I worked for 4 months has no record.
Is it ok to file I140 with just experienced letters from my first and the present employer and let go the one with just 4 months? Please let me now..I did call the former employer who worked there..but she also does not remmeber because it was 7 years back and that too for short time.
Please let me know..is that is risky or will come back with RFE?

Do you mean Progressive Experience Letters for the EB-2? If so, you probably do not qualify as before joining this current employer you did not have 5 years of experience (unless you have a Masters, in which case you don't care for Prog. Exp. letters).
If EB-3 why care, unless you mean just plain old "service certificate".. not sure if that makes a difference at all.

come on PA members, I am sure there are more IV members from PA than just the few that voted on this poll. Wake up and see the hard work being put in by other members. Members are flying from out of state and you living so close to DC shouldn't offer any excuse not to attend the rally. Strength is in numbers. I have no idea why USCIS gave that reason. Actually, my company's attorney told that "USCIS denied H1B, because i don't have Computers background and am working as a Programmer Analyst".
That's all i know at this moment. I don't know whom to trust at this point.
There should have been an evaluation of your degree by some "expert" here certifying that your degree is equivalent to a 4-year degree in CS here. I remember my first H1 petition had such an attachment.
Check with your lawyers quickly. Also, do whatever you can to protect your status. If you get some illegal status on your records now, it will be a nightmare when you apply for a GC. Then they will check all your entry/exit dates.

I gave my 3rd FP for pending 485 last week. Haven't seen any LUD change since. My NC was cleared last year as per USCIS. My question is after every FP, does FBI initiate a new name check? is this a vicious circle ?

I did tell the first CS that it was more than 90 days and to the second I/O ,I mentioned that it was July 2nd.She asked me whether the checks were cashed and I said no. Then she asked for my full name , dob and ssn and gave me the receipts info. I/O was very patient and verified my address to make sure everything was right.

The misconception that immigrants are displacing American workers is gaining popularity. If we are to make a case for immigration reform that helps EB community, we ought to show that EB immigrants are not displacing American workers, but helping the overall economy. In the midst of current economic situation and growing public sentiment against immigrants, paying taxes, obeying laws and assimilating with American society and culture is not enough. It is important to stress the obvious - how individuals from EB community are contributing towards the economy, innovation and competitiveness. In order to illustrate this, I would like to get examples of people from EB community.
The people mentioned in the earlier replies do not help this argument. I am looking for examples such as the founder of orkut - who is an EB immigrant, once on H1-B visa.

Since your I-140 is approved, your chance of I-485 RFE is very low. I think you should be ok since the key is that on the day your I-485 is approved, you must have a job offer per your labor.

We are in the same boat. I am the primary and mine has been Xfrd to field office in VA where as my wife's 485 has been xfrd to MO. I called up customer support and they said it is normal to transfer across field offices.
Many say when the 485 is transferred to a field office there could be an interview.
Usually the interview will happen to closest local USCIS office to your address on 485. Even if the case is sent to an office which is miles away from where you live it wont matter as the case-file will be sent to the closest local office for the purpose of interview. Just go prepared with all documents and be calm. There is nuthing to worry :)
Documents one shall carry
-Employment Letter from current as well as past employers
-W2 for last 3 or more years
-Pay Stub last X month (take as many as you have-wont hurt)
-Should know job title of Labor alongwith details and should be able to relate that to day-to -day job duties if asked by officer.
-Marriage Certificate
-Husband Wife shall be in Synch (will be if the marriage is REAL :) ) while asnwering questions about when did you meet, how did you get married, when did you came to us together, where do you live etc. etc.
-140 approval copy
-H1b petition copy or copies for both primary and secondary applicant
-Should remember Last entry date (entry into US)
-They will ask if you took any kind of money in welfare etc rom government or any other agency in US
-They will ask 4-5 questions which I think are from form 485 . Here is the link, look at part 3

I don't think you need to resign something in particular.
You can work with SAP company and when your date is becoming current move to QA Company and you should be good. Its like filing AC-21 to SAP company and again filing AC-21 to QA Company.
I know lot of people do this who are working on EAD. Generally you know your date will be current in next year. So you can work for SAP untill June/july-2011 and then move back to QA Company before date becomes current.

This is all India specific and specific to EB2. I did not add years2006 and 2007 as my PD is in 2005. But I did do it upto dec 2005.
1. You can expect the spill over from EB1 in big way
2. You can expect spillover from EB2 ROW in a big way
This should help clear backlog atleast upto 2004 cases. However the interfiling from EB3 to EB2 could stop the backlog from being reduced.
