If you are efiling EAD, you dont have to send photo graphs - USCIS will send FP notice to take a picture. That picture will appear on your EAD.
It is required that you send photos for your ead as they put your picture on the actual ead card. I did not apply for AP so I am not sure about the requirements for that. Good luck to you.

Yes, it is legal and possible to hold multiple H-1's with both non-profit and for profit employers.

What is the last day for filling H1B? (assuming cap of 65,000 is not reached)
To be specific, can it be filled after 30th sept, 2009?

I am assuming you are talking about a new H1 that is subject to the 2009 - 2010 cap of 65K. You can file it anytime as long as H1 numbers are available. You can even file for a H1 in Sept. 2010 (that is subject to the 2009 - 2010 cap) if a visa number is available from the 2009 - 2010 quota (not sure if your job has to start before Oct. 2010 to qualify for a H1 subject to the 2009 - 2010 cap though).

Whats the cost of filing a motion to reopen the case 485 if wrongly rejected(either due to using AC21...). I mean lawyer fees + other fees.
I am sure there are folks here who went through this.
$585 per MTR (ie principal, spouse, child all seperate) to USCIS. Lawyer fee depends on nature of MTR - usually AC21 MTRs are common and the LAWYER fee must be nominal ie in the $1000 per MTR range

When 140 is denied, then 485 is also denied. Appeal going to AAO is common thing. Will sit there forever. Its takes approximately 12-20 months to get a reply.
Mine is already crossed 12 months now.

It looks like you are getting glare from glass or something. Get as close to the glass as you can and the lens as perpendicular as possible. A dark cloth and duct tape to put it up with would get you two things: (1) ability to block glare from lights behind you and (2) hide you from the birds so they settle down.
I've actually put the camera on a tripod and draped a large towel over it and my head/torso for camoflage, which let me stand outdoors and get closer without scaring them away. But I don't do that much because it's really tiring standing there, motionless :)
For the most part, a flash doesn't seem to bother birds much and it's a great help - you get better contrast and a faster shutter.

look at the vfs website (you will get a link to it from consulate website). They have specified some particular HDFC branches in metros, where you can deposit the fee to get the receipt.

Oi! That IS the colour version! :D It might be a tad underexposed I guess, but any more and I would've ended up with bright white water. I could go back at a different time of day when the sun is at a more opportune spot though. I'm just not sure if it's worth it. (I guess one way of finding out is to actually go down there when the sun pops out :))
I think I'm better off hunting for more traditional landscapes (and eventually some animals -- I hope to catch some musk oxen in July, dunno what I'll do before that). :)
